1. What cookies and other tracking tools are

Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit save on your device and read again on subsequent visits. Similar tools, such as the browser’s local storage, tracking pixels and other device identification techniques, are subject to the same rules. 4. More about Google services

The website uses Google Consent Mode: before the user makes a choice, Google services receive the consent status “denied” and do not set analytics or advertising cookies; after the choice, they receive the updated status. Without consent, Google services may receive technical signals without cookies, for example about the type of device and the consent status, which Google uses only for aggregate estimates.
